The service

VolaIntel collects public disclosures (Congress STOCK Act filings, SEC Form 4 insider filings, 13F fund filings, White House and other public records), summarizes them with AI and shows the newest ones in your feed and your Latest alerts list in the app. It is information only, not investment advice. We never place trades.

In-app purchases

Purchases in the VolaIntel iOS app are covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms add to that agreement; where the two differ for an in-app purchase, Apple's agreement applies.

Membership and billing

VolaIntel Pro is an auto-renewing yearly subscription, charged to your Apple ID at the price shown before you buy. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Accounts

You can use VolaIntel on the web and in the app with an account. Use an email you own and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One account is for one person.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, scrape or republish VolaIntel in bulk, and do not try to break or overload the service. Do not use Ask AI to send anything unlawful or harmful. We may close accounts that do.

No financial advice

Nothing in VolaIntel, including Ask AI answers, is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell a security. Make your own decisions, and talk to a licensed professional if you need advice.

Where the data comes from

Filings come from public sources: the Clerk of the House, the Senate disclosure system, SEC EDGAR (Form 4, 13F, 13D and 13G) and the Federal Register. Every filing links to its original record. VolaIntel is not affiliated with any of these bodies.

Accuracy

Filings are shown as the source publishes them. Sources can file late or correct a filing later, so what you see can change. AI summaries and answers can be wrong; the original filing is the record.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in your App Store account settings.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, the date on this page changes too.
