Short answers about VolaIntel and its data.

Questions

What is VolaIntel?

VolaIntel is a web and iPhone app from Opie Platforms Inc. that tracks stock trades disclosed by members of the US Congress under the STOCK Act, corporate insiders on SEC Form 4, large funds on Form 13F and 5% holders on Schedule 13D/13G, plus White House executive orders, with an AI assistant that answers questions from those filings.

Where does the data come from?

House Clerk periodic transaction reports, the Senate eFD site, SEC EDGAR (Form 4, 13F, Schedules 13D and 13G) and the Federal Register. Every row links its original filing.

How current is the data?

The data on these pages is as of Oct 28, 2026 and refreshes daily. Congressional trades can be disclosed up to 45 days after the trade, so the newest filing is not always the newest trade.

Why are congressional trade amounts ranges?

Members of Congress report each trade's value in a range, such as $1,001 - $15,000, not an exact dollar amount. VolaIntel shows the range they report.

Is VolaIntel investment advice?

VolaIntel reports public filings. It is not investment advice.

How do I contact VolaIntel?
